Vince Draa is an experienced arbitrator and mediator, appointed in over 120 cases since 2020. His work includes more than 40 complex arbitrations involving cybersecurity, privacy, commercial contracts, fraud and deceptive practices, as well as numerous automotive warranty disputes and bank-consumer mediations.
He serves on arbitration and mediation panels for leading organizations including the AAA, ICDR, BBB AUTOLINE, New Era ADR, and others. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), he also serves on its Peer Review Board.

Vince advises businesses on commercial law, compliance, privacy and cybersecurity, internal investigations and M&A. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the U.S. Secret Service Cyber Fraud Task Force.
​
He teaches Cybersecurity Management and European Data Privacy as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Before retiring as in-house counsel in 2020, Vince was VP and General Counsel - International at W.W. Grainger, overseeing legal matters for its international operations. He previously held senior legal roles at Tenneco Inc., Hughes Tool Company, The Coastal Corporation and Gulf Oil Company. He began his professional career as a Deputy Sheriff in Florida.
